2) Medical clearance and parent permission form- Due Nov 22

3) Physicals Physical passed into the nurse’s office by Friday, Nov 22.

Physicals are valid for 13 months.

Tryout procedure

Online forms and physical must be completed by Friday, Nov 22

Monday, Dec 2nd, and Tuesday, Dec 3rd everyone is on the ice

Wednesday 4th,Intrasquad scrimmage for varsity spots 1:1 meetings

Dec 4th and Dec 5th to discuss projected team placement Important to note: players can move from JV to Varsity throughout the year
